We believe great collaboration begins with clarity. Here's exactly what happens from the moment you first reach out to the moment you receive your finished project.
We start with a free 30-minute call to understand your project — the vision, the scope, the deadline, and the budget. No sales pitch; just a genuine conversation to see if we're the right fit for each other. You'll speak directly with a senior producer or editor, not an account manager.
Within 48 hours of your Discovery Call, we deliver a written project brief, an itemised quote, and a proposed timeline. No hidden costs, no vague estimates. Every line item is explained so you understand exactly what you're paying for and why. You can approve, request changes, or walk away — no obligations.
Once you've approved the quote and signed the agreement, we move into pre-production. This covers scripting and storyboarding, location recce, equipment scheduling, crew allocation, and setting up the delivery pipeline. We keep you informed at every stage and make sure shoot day is as efficient as possible.
Our crew handles filming and capture with our full equipment inventory. You receive daily progress updates so there are no surprises. All footage is backed up on-site daily. If you're bringing your own footage, we set up a fast and secure ingest process to get your material into our pipeline without delay.
This is where the magic happens. Edit, colour grade, audio mix, VFX, and finishing — all under one roof. We deliver a rough cut for your review, incorporate your feedback in up to two rounds of revisions, and then produce the final master in your required format and resolution. Delivery is via secure cloud link, hard drive, or broadcast-compliant file transfer.
Every project includes two rounds of revisions at no additional charge. A revision round means you receive our cut, provide consolidated written feedback, and we incorporate all changes in one pass. Additional revision rounds beyond the two included are available at a standard day rate, agreed in advance. We find that clear briefing up front — which we help with in the Discovery and Pre-Production stages — minimises revision rounds significantly and keeps projects on schedule.
Turnaround depends on project type and complexity. A corporate film (2–5 minutes) typically takes 5–10 business days from final footage ingest to approved delivery. A TV serial episode (22–45 minutes) is usually 4–7 days. Feature films and longer documentary cuts require a project-specific schedule that we set out in the proposal. Rush delivery is available for an agreed premium when our schedule permits.
We accept virtually every modern acquisition format — from camera RAW (ARRIRAW, R3D, BRAW) through ProRes, H.264/H.265, MXF, and SD card dumps. For delivery, we can output to broadcast MXF/IMF, DCP for cinema, ProRes masters, H.264/H.265 for digital platforms, or any bespoke format your broadcaster requires. Just tell us the spec sheet and we'll match it.
Yes. We regularly travel across Maharashtra and to other Indian states for shoots. Travel and accommodation are billed at actuals (flights, hotels, per diem) and itemised separately in the project quote. For shoots requiring extended location periods, we can set up a lightweight on-location edit setup so rough cuts can begin before the team returns to Mumbai.
Our standard terms are 50% advance on signing the project agreement, with the balance due on final delivery approval. For longer-running projects (multi-episode TV series, campaigns spanning several months), we agree a milestone-based payment schedule in the proposal. We accept bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, and cheque. GST invoices are provided for all services.
Absolutely. We sign NDAs as standard on any project request. All footage, scripts, briefs, and client information are treated as strictly confidential. Files are stored on encrypted servers, access is restricted to the assigned project team, and all project materials are archived or securely deleted at project close as per your instructions. Our 30-year track record includes working on unannounced content for major broadcasters without a single confidentiality incident.
